I originally came to Dr. Stern after a back injury really limited my mobility and had me in constant pain. Through regular visits my back improved and my mobility and overall health/flexibility also. What I love about Stern Chiropractic is Dr. Stern's knowledge and helpfulness in all aspects of your life. He is able to give me suggestions for stretching or recommend articles related to issues that come up. I continue with maintenance chiropractic and feel that this has really contributed in a boost to my general health and well being. My daughter is a competitive ice skater and also sees Dr. Stern for adjustments on a regular schedule. She feels confident about being proactive with her health and the adjustments have left her in top form. An added benefit is that she has had minimal health issues this past year. I feel chiropractic has given her a model of health maintenance to carry into adulthood.
